The location could not be more convenient: just steps from Shibuya station and the crossing and just a short walk from the Meiji shrine and Harajuku. Also, the rooms were relatively spacious (we booked two rooms with two beds). The staff were very kind and held onto our luggage for us after checkout so we were able to get in a few final hours of sightseeing before catching the NEX to Narita. We will definitely book again for our next visit.

We really liked the location, next to Miyashita Park and Bic Cam. There's a family mart about 3 mins walk. Convenient and accessible by train. The big window that looks down to Shibuya street and watch the trains pass by, bliss. We booked a twin room (with 1 wide bed), put them together to make it an extra wide bed, super comfortable. That also created extra space for luggage.

The location is excellent, right in the middle of all the action of Shibuya. A train station entrance is right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was very good, and the staff were so helpful and polite.

Fantastic location, staff were excellent and very helpful, my suitcase was already in my room when I arrived, so first rate service. Within easy reach of the train station, meaning getting around Tokyo was relatively easy. Not my first visit to Shibuya and I would defiantly recommend this hotel to friends.

The staff was so helpful with anything you asked. The breakfast was great, lots of choices and again friendly staff Everything is walking distance that we wanted to see and the train station is right there

Loved the location, just a few steps from Shibuya Crossing. The area is home to tons of mom and pop restaurants full of locals (not just tourists!) and teeming with life and energy. Yet despite the central location the room was quiet and pleasant.

The room was a bit small but still convenient enough for a couple. The location was very great as it’s very near the Shibuya scramble (around 3min walk) and there were many shops, restaurants, interesting spot for young people
